Maritime Aquarium: exploring social networking

The Maritime Aquarium already had myspace and facebook pages. The goal was to try sites with a more specialized audience and see if they generated any more web presence and ultimately, more aquarium visits.

A Connecticut Flickr group had a Meetup at the Aquarium, and it's a popular spot for photographers, so a Maritime Aquarium pool was created to collect photos of the aquarium.
